The Foundation is planning quarterly board meetings in the first year of operation and semi-annual meetings thereafter.   The initial structure of the Foundation Board membership will be determined by the SCPR Director with the Foundation Volunteer Coordinator / Public Relations Director having a seat on the board as well as the 3 County Commissioners.   The board will be rounded out with major benefactors and influential business leaders.
