The fundraising and establishing of a foundation is the start of something big and wonderful. It is the marriage of beautiful public parklands and facilities with the people who have fallen in love with them.

For those who have contributed so much to support the beauty and first class facilities of Shawnee County, now have the opportunity to receive the recognition they deserve, while preserving the beauty of Shawnee County parklands and facilities for generations to come.

Donations to the Foundation and Foundation Endowments will go for the long range preservation of the facilities designated by the donor or in the general endowment fund for parks maintenance and enhancement projects.
